Thu is a civil engineer. He achieved the Certificate for Supervision Consultancy and a lot of experience in his own specialization. He had involved in many projects being in charge of position as a site engineer/supervisor/chief engineer.

Giang graduated from the University of Transport in 2003, majoring in bridge and tunnel construction engineering. Giang has a certificate of supervision consultancy, certificate of supervisor, professional bidding and occupational safety, has a lot of experience in his field of expertise.
