Hai has joined Industry since he graduated from university, which has allowed him to gain invaluable experience in mechanical engineering and the relevant reasons for failures. He joined Crawford Vietnam in May, 2015. He has the knowledge and experience to deal with all claims which involve mechanical engineering, property and liability aspects.

• From 2010 to 2015, he was Branch Manager of Crawford Hanoi. He gained Diploma of Loss Adjusting and has been admitted as Senior Associate CIP of ANZIIF and Affiliate of AICLA in 2014.

• From 2015 to 2018, he worked as manager and director of Claim division of PVI and MIC. With 13 years of experience in loss adjusting and claim management he gained much experience in dealing with complicated claims as fire and catastrophe. He is fluent in English and Vietnamese.

2. Nguyen Tien Thu

Thu is a civil engineer. He achieved the Certificate for Supervision Consultancy and a lot of experience in his own specialization. He had involved in many projects being in charge of position as a site engineer/supervisor/chief engineer.

In 2012, he moved to insurance industry. He has handled all of the claims in various types of insurance loss, including Civil engineering, construction, Property, Advance Loss of Profit (ALOP) and Professional Indemnity claims aspects. He also handled of risk survey & risk assessment for construction projects as well as businesses in many different lines.

Before joining NSA, Thu was the technical supervisor of Willis Towers Watson Vietnam. He has the knowledge and experience to deal with all kind of losses and insurance market. Thu has gained more than 8 years working experience under loss adjusters and non-life insurance firm. He is fluent in English and Vietnamese. Thu now continues pursuing the Diploma of loss adjusting designations by ANZIIF.

4. Vu Duc Binh

Automation Engineer (Loss Adjuster)

Binh graduated from Hanoi University of Technology in automation field, he later joined Song Hong Corporation (a famous construction contractor) where he was a chief engineer, in charge quality of lighting, electrical supply and firefighting systems.

From Jan 2015 to August 2016 he joined Smart Adjuster Joint Stock Company as loss adjustor, in charge all losses in relation to engineering.

Before joining NSA he was Construction Engineer in charge M&E section at Vingroup.

He has knowledge and experience to deal with all claims which involve mechanical and electrical engineering aspects. He is fluent in English and Vietnamese. Binh was granted a certificate of insurance loss adjusting by the Insurance Supervision and Administration Bureau -Ministry of Finance in April 2021.

5. Duong Cong Giang

Giang graduated from the University of Transport in 2003, majoring in bridge and tunnel construction engineering. Giang has a certificate of supervision consultancy, certificate of supervisor, professional bidding and occupational safety, has a lot of experience in his field of expertise. Giang used to work at 228 Traffic Construction Construction Joint Stock Company – Traffic Construction Corporation 4 as supervisor of many hydropower projects, bridges and civil works. Giang was granted a certificate of insurance loss adjusting by the Insurance Supervision and Administration Bureau -Ministry of Finance in December 2021.

6. Nguyen Minh Hoai

Hoai graduated from Ho Chi Minh University City of Technology, majoring in Control Engineering and Automation in 2019. After graduating, Hoai worked for Saigon Electrical Company Limited. In here Hoai has accumulated a lot of experience in the design, installation and maintenance of many systems of machinery and electrical equipment. With him accumulated knowledge and experience, Hoai is able to resolve property and engineering claims. Hoai is fluent in Vietnamese and English. Hoai was granted a certificate of insurance loss adjusting by the Insurance Supervision and Administration Bureau -Ministry of Finance in December 2021.

7. Nguyen Manh Tuan

Electrical Engineer (Loss Adjuster)

Tuan graduated from Hanoi University of Industry, majoring in Electrical – Electronic Engineering in 2017. After graduating, Tuan worked as a supervising engineer for power line and station construction projects. Tuan also participated in the construction of solar power projects. Tuan has accumulated a lot of experience in the design and construction of lines and power stations. With his accumulated knowledge and experience, Tuan is able to handle claims concerning to electrical engineering. Tuan was granted a certificate of insurance loss adjusting by the Insurance Supervision and Administration Bureau -Ministry of Finance in May 2022.

8. Nguyen Tuan Tu

Graduated from University of Business Technology, majoring in accounting and auditing. After graduating, Tu worked at the accounting department of FPT Group and, then worked for SMART ADJUSTING., JSC. where he was responsible for handling claims related to inventory. Tu has accumulated 03 years of experience at SMART ADJUSTING., JSC. before joining NSA. His duty is now to solve claims related to inventory. Tu is fluent in Vietnamese and English.
